Delete your account

You can permanently remove your Campius account from inside the app.

Delete from the Campius app

  1. Sign in to the account you want to delete.
  2. Open your Profile and select Settings.
  3. Open Account information.
  4. Select Delete account.
  5. Read the warning and confirm permanent deletion.
This cannot be undone. Your profile and associated account data will be permanently removed or anonymized, subject to security and legal retention requirements.

If you cannot open the app

A web-based deletion request channel will be added before the public beta opens. Until then, do not publish a download link without confirming the in-app deletion flow works in the release build.

What may be retained

Limited records may remain when required to prevent fraud, investigate abuse, resolve disputes, comply with law or maintain the integrity of content involving other users.
